Alison (Ally) Hill

Production co-ordinator

Ally's coordinating skills come to her very naturally. Long before she started booking crews, publishing call sheets & locking down locations, she would call all her friends, tell them when to bring the keg, and hold the house party ten minutes after her parents had pulled out of the driveway. In 1998, these untapped skills finally starting paying dividends when a friend offered her work re-organizing the tape library for Discovery Channel's Storm Warning. She has been organizing, scheduling, renting, hiring, and adding skills to her bag of tricks for Vancouver production companies ever since. In 2006 she had the pleasure of meeting and working with Series Producer Sue Ridout on Force Four's television series Making It Big. After returning from a recent hiatus, she has been happily reunited with Sue and the fabulous collaborators at Dreamfilm. Ally is managing, coordinating and learning a lot about post-production on Sue's current project, Peace Warrior for CTV, and Bountiful Films' How To Divorce & Not Wreck The Kids for CBC.
